Senior Trade Mark Paralegal / Trade Mark Administrator

We are currently seeking a permanent Senior Trade Mark paralegal / Trade Mark Administrator for a leading International law firm.

For this position we are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar Trade Mark Paralegal position. The duties of the position include; undertaking Trade Mark and design filing, prosecution and registry formalities tasks working directly with the associates/attorneys and the partners, responding to queries from fee earners and other team members regarding Trade Mark and designs formalities matters, provide support to the brand protection PAs and paralegals on the Trade Mark application and registration process, Complete and submit registry forms for new Trade Mark and design applications, liaise with foreign associates regarding new Trade Mark and design applications, assignments and other registry-related actions

For this position the salary on offer is up to £55,000, the firm also offers an annual bonus excellent benefits and hybrid working 3 days a week from home 2 days in their fantastic offices in the heart of London.
