Trade Mark Paralegal – Leading UK law firm – London.

Taylor Root have partnered with a leading UK law firm in their search for an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal, joining their market leading team in the London office. This role will initially be offered on a 9 or 12 month fixed term basis.

The Role

You will play a crucial role in the Trade Marks Team, supporting in various aspects of Trade Mark and design applications for the UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO. Your responsibilities will include filing and prosecuting applications, managing the internal Trade Marks database, handling renewals, and assisting with invoicing.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have obtained the CITMA Paralegal qualification and have relevant experience working for a similar private practice law firm (including IP specialist firms). Due to the nature of the role, those who are immediately available would be the preference, however if you have a short notice period you are still encouraged to apply.
