Permanent Mid Level Trade Mark Administrator / Paralegal - London

We are currently seeking a permanent Mid Level Trade Mark paralegal for a leading International law firm.

For this position we are seeking someone with Previous Trade Mark Administrator or Trade Mark Paralegal experience gained in a law firm or IP Attorneys. CITMA qualification is desirable. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience within a similar Trade Mark Administrator / Paralegal position.

The duties of the position include; providing support to new and ongoing Trade Mark projects including portfolio onboarding, co-ordination and management of international recordal and renewal projects. Monitoring correspondence and deadlines and other docketing details and updating the software database accordingly. Assisting with due diligence and data audits. Prepare / file application forms for filing Trade Marks; designs; renewals; assignments; licenses; changes of name and other title details.

The salary on offer is up to £50,000, plus an annual bonus, excellent benefits and hybrid working 3:2. The firm has fantastic offices in the heart of London.
