Description
- Handling complaints related to property management and legal issues
- Conducting research and providing advice on property/housing laws and regulations
- Drafting letters effectively to complainants
- Reviewing all documentation and evidence to autonomously come to a resolution for each individual claim
- Dealing with dispute resolution
- Working closely with the complaints team to ensure compliance with property industry standards
- Providing administrative support to the department
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Profile
A successful Complaints Paralegal should have:
- A degree in Law or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of property law.
