The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its growing Legal Department. You will work closely with a team of seven lawyers, mainly focusing on commercial matters for their Marketing Solutions Division. This role involves a combination of legal/contractual and administrative duties, providing valuable support to the legal team.
Duties include:
- Populate/review standard form contracts and amend NDAs.
- Liaise with stakeholders and conduct ad hoc legal research.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with filing/archiving contracts.
- Undertake contract amendments and negotiation.
We are seeking an experienced paralegal who has experience dealing with highly pressured contractual deadlines.
Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail and practical communication skills.
There is an opportunity for the right candidate to undertake a training contract with the company.
