Paralegal In-House Commercial

The company has cemented its position as the leader in its activities in the UK and Europe, and employs over 2,000 people in the UK. The company\'s flagship office in the heart of the City of London, where this role will be based. The company has a flexible approach to remote working. Their legal team work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.
Your new role

• Legal research as directed by lawyers.
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts where required under supervision.
• Assisting lawyers with Employment Tribunal matters.
• Maintenance of complex legal records, filing system and archive processes.
• General office management, including archiving, filing and file maintenance.
• Supporting the Senior Assistant Secretary with subsidiary governance, including updates to company records and submitting statutory and other company filings

What you\'ll need to succeed

• At least 1 year experience working as a Paralegal.
• Previous experience of working as a Paralegal in an in-house legal department would be advantageous.
• LLB Law degree.
• Commercial contract experience would be beneficial.

What you\'ll get in return

• Hybrid working arrangement
• £35,000 - £38,000 annual salary
