Senior Paralegal

A marketing and promotions company is seeking a Senior Commercial/ Corporate Paralegal with solid working knowledge of data privacy to join their team on an initial 6-month basis with the hope to turn into a permanent role.

This is a hybrid working role.

The role:

• Reviewing and drafting contracts
• Preparing Master Services agreements
• Using data privacy and data security to supplement compliance
• Preparing non-disclosure agreements
• Working closely with stakeholders
• Compliance audits

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous paralegal experience within the digital/ tech/ marketing space
• Strong Data Privacy/ GDPR
• Knowledge of consumer law
• Law degree (minimum 2.1)
