My client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an experience Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis - working as their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal.
Based in London, this Clinical Negligence team has been shortlisted for a number of awards in recent years for their work. As their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting Solicitors in the team with specific tasks regarding to their files/cases
- Drafting witness statements and instructions
- Conducting legal research and amending/proof-reading legal documents
- Liaising with new and existing clients on a regular basis
- Assisting Solicitors with the maintenance and organising of files, both hard copy and electronic
+ much more.
To qualify for this opportunity as their new Senior Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a minimum of TWO years Clinical Negligence experience from a law firm
- Have a completed LLB (2:1 minimum) (LPC desirable)
- Be able to conduct effective legal research
- Be competent in all MS applications
- Be able to commute to the London office 3 days a week
