Job Description
- Manage and progress a diverse caseload of Housing Litigation matters.
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients and colleagues.
- Conduct legal research to assist with case preparation.
- Prepare legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on case progress.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- Support the team in meeting departmental targets.
- Stay updated with changes in property law to ensure compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Housing Litigation Paralegal should have:
- A degree in law or a related field.
- Practical experience in property law or Housing Litigation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
