This premier housing firm is looking for an experienced housing litigator to cover an initial 6 month contract. Enjoy a broad-ranging caseload including possession claims, anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, disrepair, breach of lease and rent and service charge recoveries. Clients include Councils, Registered Providers of social housing (RPs), private landlords, Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs), Housing Co-operatives and Estate Management Boards. Relevant Housing Litigation experience gained in either private practice or in-house considered.
