We are looking to add to the already high-performing team with a new Production Supervisor. This role is brand new and has been created on the back of business expansion.
The Role:
- Management and motivation of a large team of Production Operatives and Team Leaders.
- Ensuring that production plans are achieved and that a clear line of communication exists between planning and production.
- Reporting back to senior team on productivity and efficiency levels of the operations team.
- Management of the department IT systems – used daily for reporting and tracking of stock levels and inventory.
The Candidate:
- An experienced and confident Manager – ideally from the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- A strong people-manager. Capable of driving performance and motivating large teams.
- A capable IT systems user.
- Confident communicator – adaptable and capable at all levels.
