Position Overview:
You will be kind enough to support a Team Conveyancing Solicitor in managing a variety of Residential Property matters, utilising cutting-edge Case Management software. This role is perfect for individuals with a background as a Conveyancing Paralegal, skilled in overseeing a range of sale and purchase transactions, such as freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and new builds.
Key Duties:
- Facilitate prompt progression of files, supporting the Team Solicitor.
- Uphold file integrity in accordance with regulations and Service Level Agreements.
- Address case enquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service.
- Harness conveyancing systems and technology to enhance client experience.
- Coordinate with Clients, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, and Solicitors.
- Document detailed telephone notes and promptly respond to emails and calls.
- Acquire redemption statements and conduct pre-completion searches.
- Aid in completions and associated administrative tasks.
- Prepare Requisitions on Title and relevant documents for completion.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by Case Managers.
- Adhere diligently to task lists, ensuring prompt action and accurate data input into case management systems.
You:
- We would love to see about 18 Month's experience in a Conveyancing Paralegal position or similar, however tell us your story even if its not 18 solid months experience.
- It would be lovely if you had a background in transactional work, including handling leasehold and new build files however the client are just brilliant at getting you up to speed.
- No doubt you will be fine in demonstrating excellent communication abilities to cultivate robust client connections.
- As you can imagine we would like if you were Proficient in Case Management Systems, with a tiny preference for experience in Visual Files - However let that not put you off. Tell us what you can use!!
