My client, a leading law firm, are seeking to recruit an experienced property Paralegal who is diligent, self-motivated and a fast learner. The successful candidate will be working directly with Partners and other qualified staff. They will ideally have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with variety of commercial property matters. They must have technical knowledge commensurate to their level of experience as well as a pro-active approach to risk management, a willingness to learn and a good knowledge of property transactions. Client care is a priority, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide a top-quality service to the client. They will be keen to progress and grow within the department. Relevant professional training will be provided and career development opportunities available to the right candidate. We are seeking someone for the long term so ideally someone who is pre LPC or Pre SQE1

Essential Experience
- Commercial property
- Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns
- Utilising Land Registry Portal
- Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches
- Preparing financial statements and completion statements
Desirable skills
- Residential property
- Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries
- Title review, raising enquiries
- Preparing reports on title
- Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents
