Responsibilities:
– Manage a substantial caseload with day-to-day file responsibility under senior staff supervision.
– Schedule tasks efficiently and maintain effective communication with clients, opponents, and other relevant parties.
– Collaborate closely with Counsel on applications.
Qualifications:
– A keen interest in Intellectual Property law.
– Some experience in litigation or high-volume work is advantageous.
