Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal

• Assisting Solicitors who act on behalf of lending banks and bridging loan companies exclusively within property possession matters
• Assisting at all stages of the dispute up to and including trail/ hearings
• Liaising with external solicitors and counsel when needed
• Dealing with queries and enquiries from members of the team and clients
• Preparing relevant documents and bundles for trial

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal

• 2 years + within a litigation setting
• Ideally with experience in Property Possessions
• To deliver first class client care and communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
