Location: North London
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal
- Assisting Solicitors who act on behalf of lending banks and bridging loan companies exclusively within property possession matters
- Assisting at all stages of the dispute up to and including trail/ hearings
- Liaising with external solicitors and counsel when needed
- Dealing with queries and enquiries from members of the team and clients
- Preparing relevant documents and bundles for trial
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal
- 2 years + within a litigation setting
- Ideally with experience in Property Possessions
- To deliver first class client care and communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
