Ashley Kate HR are excited to be working with one of clients as they look to recruit for a Full Time, Interim HR Coordinator for a period of 7 months.
 
Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking to gain more exposure in fast paced environment?
 
Interim HR Coordinator
£35,000 - £38,000 per annum
location - Shepherds Bush
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
7 Month FTC
 
Hybrid working is available with options to work from home every Friday!
 
About this role:
·Coordinating and processing all documentation for employee changes (Starters, Leavers, promotions etc)
·Inputting all employee data into HR system on a frequent basis - be the first point of contact for all queries from employees within the business.
·Monitor all absence records and input into systems to assist with the running of reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
·Coordinate monthly payroll processes (ensuring all employee information/changes are up to date and correct on the system)
·Being responsible for the running of reports including, annual performance reports and absence reports.
·Provide a generalist administrative assistance to the HR team, e.g. taking minutes in meetings in employee relations meetings.
·Picking up on ad-hoc HR projects
 
HR Coordinator - About you:
·2-3 years experience working as a HR Administrator or similar
·Strong understanding of HR systems
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·Experience working in a head office environment
·CIPD qualified, desirable
