Elite HR are delighted to support with the resourcing of an HR Coordinator ideally Level 3 CIPD qualified to support with all transactional HR activity. Reporting into the HR Manager the successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with the wider HR Operational teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Support with full recruitment process including adverts, shortlisting and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records
- Support with the coordination of training and development programmes
- Provide support on basic HR queries to staff and managers
Essential skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience of working within a HR environment
