Training Coordinator - Winchester - to 30k
Training & HR Coordinator required to join a well-established engineering company with the main aim of identifying, growing, and enabling talent across all company's functions.
As the successful Training & HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact on site for administration and coordination training and development activities, as well as participating in internal talent management projects.
The Package:
- Salary - 28,000- 30,000
- 37 hours a week Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-16:30
- Private health care

- Death in service 4x annual salary
The Role:
- Be a key contact for employee training requests
- Arranging the logistics for in-house and virtual training
- Liaising with external providers.
- Plan and work with a calendar of communications for training and development
- Support Apprenticeship programme.
- Support the professional registration and accreditation process.
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis,
- Regular consultation with managers
- Assist with the design of competency frameworks, career paths and other training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Previous experience in an HR capacity ideally with exposure to coordinating training, L&D
