Hr Coordinator

CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an established HR department based in Fareham, Hampshire to recruit a HR Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term comtract basis.

The role of the assistant is to support the HR Manager and Advisor in their busy HR department and will act as a great development role.
What will the role involve?

• Employee referencing and right to work checks.
• Assisting with recruitment.
• Managing the database to ensure accurate employee records.
• On-boarding, off-boarding and contractual changes.
• Completing HR inductions.
• Ad hoc project work.
• Assisting with ER meetings; taking minutes.

Suitable Candidate:

• Applicants should be passionate about starting a career in HR and have an excellent eye for detail and be confident picking up new systems.
• Ideally with some exposure to HR administration processes and comfortable producing reports and working on excel.
