We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will work within the HR department providing HR administration and systems support. Providing accurate data to the company and ensuring the HR system (PeopleHR) is kept up-to date. We have a fabulous team of HR Ninja’s and we would love to recruit another Ninja to complete our team.
Grandir UK is very flexible on working hours, this is a full-time position, however we can consider applications for 30 - 40 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate and confidential input of data on to the HR Information System - PeopleHR.
· Raising of contracts, making employee amendments and processing leavers.
· Providing advice on company processes.
· Maintaining system data, system structures, code tables, etc. while maintaining data integrity.
· Manage generalist queries from Managers and Employees.
· Manage holiday calculation queries and annual entitlements process.
· Support with managing HR and system related projects.
· Support with system set up for acquisitions. Inclusive of bulk uploads and liaising with Payroll for set up.
· Manage and respond to queries relating to a number of company benefits including the medical cashback plan.
· Run reports when required for Support functions, including Finance and HR departments, ensuring data provided is correct and presented effectively and clearly.
· Support HR BPs with the set up and maintenance of processes within the HRIS, relating to company process and procedure.
Essential Skills:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
· Intermediate Excel skills.
· Previous experience working within HR.
· Level 3 CIPD is desirable but not essential.
· Experience of managing and administrating an internally used system, ideally within an HR or Recruitment function.
· A strong command of the English language with excellent written communication skills.
· Must be able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
· Previous experience of PeopleHR is desirable but not essential.
· Conscientious team player with a solution focused attitude.
