Hr Coordinator

The CMA HR Division is collaborating with a fast-paced charity in Southampton to recruit for a new HR Coordinator for a 3 month fixed-term contract. In this role, reporting to the HR Director, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of the department. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, resilient HR professional to work within a fantastic company with hybrid working.
What will the role involve?

• Working in conjunction with the Interim HR Director to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.
• Provide advice, guidance, and support to the hiring managers when necessary.
• You will be the first point of contact for all HR/ER enquiries

Suitable Candidate for the vacancy:

• Enthusiastic, proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to the job
• Experience of Itrent software
• Previous experience of working within a busy fast paced HR team
