Key Responsibilities of the ResidentialProperty Paralegal
- Liaising and taking instructions from members of the Residential Property team
- Preparing quotes for new clients
- Opening files and completing initial due diligence
- Assisting members of the team throughout the process of the matter including requesting reports, enquiries and keeping the client updated
- Closing matters and post completions
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the ResidentialProperty Paralegal
- 2 years + working within a Property Paralegal role
- Law degree
- Delivering first class service to clients
- Excellent organisation skills
