Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors in handling a variety of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers, and leases.
- Conduct property searches and title investigations.
- Prepare and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
- Manage and update case management systems accurately.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle client enquiries via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the team in business development and client relationship management.
- Previous experience as a Residential Property Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of Residential Property transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
