We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor with a fantastic practice top tier practice in the Manchester area.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Solicitor specializing in corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, and trade sales and disposals.
The ideal candidate will independently manage their workload while supporting fellow lawyers in corporate transactional matters and providing company law advisory services. Proficiency in all facets of private M&A transactions is a must.
