Corporate Lawyer, 5+ years PQE, up to £65,000 DOE, Greater Manchester. A thriving firm in the North West are looking to recruit an ambitious Solicitor to join their busy team on a part time basis.

THE ROLE:
This busy firm based in the North West are currently seeking the addition of an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The firm are renowned for putting individuals at the heart of its business strategy and the successful Corporate Lawyer will join a team of dedicated solicitors advising a wide range of clients. The appointed Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Corporate matters. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality commercial work and corporate transactions. You will be expected to work 3 to 4 day a week in this part time role. The appointed Solicitor joining this firm should be confident, professional, and eager to continue the success of the firm.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in a corporate department of a law firm and will be able to demonstrate the equivalent level of skills and desired competencies within a similar law practice. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, yielding the best result for clients. The appointed lawyer will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role. You will have strong communication skills with a keen focus on maintaining established client relationships. The firm seeks a candidate who can work as a team, as well as independently.
