Your new role
This corporate solicitor role will see you join a team that has genuine strength in depth. Working on a mix of M&A deals for a client base that is SME focused but with some larger corporates, you can expect to gain plenty of 'hands on' exposure.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a corporate solicitor operating at 6+ years' pqe who has had exposure to a good range of corporate transactions. You will have a commercial and client centred approach.
