As a Corporate Legal Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their dynamic legal professionals and contributing to the success of their clients.
Some of the duties include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys (including 2 Partners), namely diary management, document preparation and travel arranging
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements and other corporate materials
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls and managing schedules to ensure efficiency
- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external contacts reflecting the firms professional standards
- Conduct legal research and gather information to assist attorneys
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
