Senior Associate

Our Corporate M&A team is one of the largest outside London. Our lawyers work on an array of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. We act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
