Job Title: Corporate Partner Solicitor

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE)
Out client, a well-established and reputable legal practice listed in Legal 500, is seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Partner Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Liverpool City Centre. With a commitment to excellence, they pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to OMB.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Role: Assume a pivotal role as a Corporate Partner, working alongside reputable and recommended Partners and Solicitors to drive the department forward.
Client Engagement: Manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to OMB, providing expert legal advice on corporate matters.
Quality Work: Handle a diverse range of good quality and high-value corporate transactions, contributing to the continued success of the firm.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain and enhance the firm's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in Corporate Law.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering high-value corporate transactions.
Partnership experience or a strong desire to progress to a partnership level.
