The Role

This Top 50 UK firm are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Legal Director / Partner, to join their Liverpool Office.

Acting as part of the National Corporate Tax Group you will have access to all the support needed to successfully champion this senior level role, meanwhile having the autonomy to shape your direct team.

The existing work in the group is on par with much larger Global outfits, provided by their already established Corporate Team made up of leading & Ex-Magic Circle individuals.

This Group provide a complete offering across:

• Corporate (M&A, Private Equity)
• VAT
• Stamp Duty
• SDLT planning

Due to an abundance of work, and growth plans - the role can be shaped around your specific strengths and interests – alternatively a broad role with investment and support is on offer also.

This position is well suited to an experienced Lawyer seeking the next step in their career; or an existing Legal Director/ Partner, seeking more support and autonomy in a sociable and high performing environment.

You Will Be:

• A Corporate Tax Lawyer/ Partner with 8 PQE +
• (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
• Proven experience from a leading, Regional, National, City or Global Firm
