Corporate Partnerships Manager
Salary: £20.88 per hour plus £3.91 holiday pay per hour - £23.63 per hour plus £4.42 holiday pay per hour, which is equivalent to annual salary of £38,000-£43,000 FTE
Location: Fully remote, with 1 day per month visiting the office in Sheffield
Contract Type: Part-time (3 days per week)
Duration: Temporary 3-month assignment

About the Charity:
Charity People are working with a charity that is committed to providing support and assistance to individuals affected by hearing issues. They have just launched a major report highlighting the urgent need for increased support, particularly within the NHS. As they embark on this critical mission, they are seeking a talented Corporate Partnerships Manager to join the team for a period of 3 months.

About the role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sponsorship and partnerships, utilizing our recent report on tinnitus and mental health as a campaign driver.
  • Create a comprehensive plan with timelines and expected outcomes, focusing on renewals of lapsed memberships and acquisition of new members.
  • Craft compelling campaign messaging and materials.
  • Personally engage with corporate contacts, presenting tailored sponsorship opportunities and documentation to secure partnerships.
  • Drive membership growth to meet budget targets and achieve a 20% uplift, implementing targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Collaborate with external resources to explore celebrity and high-net-worth fundraising opportunities, developing a strategic approach for implementation.

About the person

You will have:

  • Proven experience in corporate fundraising and development, preferably within the healthcare or charity sector.
  • Demonstrated success in securing corporate sponsorships and partnerships, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed plans with multiple stakeholders.
