Oxford Economics, a leading global economic research and consultancy firm, is looking to hire a Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team in our London office.

As a Corporate Recruiter at Oxford Economics, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our diverse global operations. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you’ll collaborate closely with the HR team to drive recruitment efforts across various levels, encompassing early careers and other key roles. Your expertise in recruitment, especially in early careers, will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent across the organization.

Essential Functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including early careers positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates, both internally and externally.
  • Lead and execute recruitment campaigns, leveraging various platforms and channels to reach a global audience effectively.
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment activities to identify the best fit for roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in hands-on recruitment, particularly in early careers recruitment for graduates, placement students, and interns.
  • Enterprise-wide ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation/work experience will be ideal
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign recruitment, leveraging diverse channels and methodologies to attract talent.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and experience in recruiting across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in utilising recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes is advantageous.
  • Open to applications from internal recruiters or agency recruiters.
