Join ISS STOXX in our London office as a dynamic and collaborative Corporate Recruiter.
This opportunity places you in a high-visibility role within a small, cohesive, highly productive recruitment team out of EMEA. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will leverage your experience to proactively source and attract top talent across multiple business functions, spanning European office locations. Your key responsibilities will include cultivating dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure robust recruitment strategies are in place, resulting in the acquisition of top-tier talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Recruit across multiple roles in all ISS STOXX business functions, including ISS ESG, ISS Governance, ISS Market Intelligence, ISS Liquid Metrix, ISS-Corporate and STOXX.
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.
  • Screen candidates, articulate position requirements clearly for various skill and experience levels, and provide timely, detailed interview notes in our ATS (Workday).
  • Ensure a top-level candidate experience from beginning to end, including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that attract viable candidates through web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global recruitment function through active involvement in process improvement projects.
  • Play an active role in Proxy season recruitment, where we hire 50+ interns across the EMEA region.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-10 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a combination of internal and external recruitment experience
  • Full life-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source candidates and create candidate pipelines
  • Proven experience in building successful relationships with hiring managers
  • Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard-to-fill roles
  • Experience in using an ATS
Nice to have:
  • Fluency in a European language
  • Experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector
