We need a Deputy Project Support Manager to work across our projects. One focus of the role will be budget monitoring and forecasting across projects including the Early Years Professional Development Programme (EYPDP) working closely with our Deputy CEO, and supporting the collaboration between EYPDP team members and other projects. The postholder will be managed by the Project Support Manager and you will provide dedicated project support across the organisation.
We’re seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and experience in the following areas:
- Monitoring and forecasting budgets.
- Thorough understanding of project management and experience of adapting formal methodologies to a dynamic and complex context.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and manage effective working relationships with internal, external, and senior stakeholders.
