Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Apprentice

Salary – up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hybrid working model, with 20% of your week dedicated to apprenticeship training

We’re looking for someone to join our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) department and help to expand our capacity coordinating projects, business administration, reporting and communications.

What will your role look like?

In this role you will complete a Level 4 apprenticeship; Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner. This is a 15-18 month programme, completed alongside your day job.

You will receive training in key ESG subjects and work across our commercial and operational teams, supporting a wide variety of ESG themes.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the ESG Manager day-to-day with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, data gathering, scheduling projects and sharing announcements
• Support the Charity and Community Manager with engaging Team Members in social responsibility across the organisation and the running of events
• Analysing a wide range of ESG documents and data sets
• Helping to run ESG projects, which can relate to waste, energy, charity and community

About you

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

• Level 3 apprenticeship qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience working or studying in a field related to corporate sustainability and responsibility
• Experience in administration, data analysis using Excel, project coordination
