Job description

We are currently recruiting for Corporate Sales Executives to join our busy and fast paced sales department. This is an exciting role for a candidate looking to start or develop a career in sales within a sports & entertainment environment. Your role will be selling the most sought after sporting and entertainment events on the calendar!

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. Hours of Work: Full time

Sales Executive Duties:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets. Working closely with a supportive team, you'll collaborate to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction remains paramount. Your role will encompass generating new business by initiating contact with senior corporate buyers, as well as managing and developing your personal accounts, all while being accountable for meeting personal sales targets.

Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Confident negotiating at senior director level.
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs.

Sales Executive Benefits:

  • Opportunity to earn GBP36k - GBP72k (uncapped commission) within the first 12 months.
  • Initial 6 month GBP1k commission guarantee
  • Bonus structure to run alongside commission.
  • You will learn and be given full training in the art of sales
  • You will get to experience first-hand some of the biggest days in sport entertainment.
  • Biannual staff incentives (previous incentives include sailing in Croatia & skiing)
