CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security. Demonstrating and delivering high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users, at the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company - Chubb 100 Leadenhall Street.
About the role:
Position: Corporate Security Officer
Location: Central London (EC3A)
Pay Rate: £13.71 per hour
Hours: Average 56 hours per week
Shifts: 3 days 3 nights 3 off - Days & Nights
Job Requirements:
SIA Licence required
Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantage
CCTV Control Room experience is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
C-Cure 9000 and Avigilon CCTV system experience desirable
Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site
First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
Job Role:
Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
Create and manage access control for the London office alongside 22 European offices
Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner
Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
To portray a friendly, professional & courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
