As a Senior Associate, you'll play a central role in the firm's Scottish and national corporate framework. You'll be involved in diverse corporate matters, including M&A deals, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, capital fundraising, compliance, and corporate governance. Your experience in managing transactions across all stages will be invaluable as you contribute to larger, more complex matters.
This position is based in Edinburgh and we welcome applications from both locally based corporate solicitors and those considering relocating to Scotland.
