Our clients are a leading London based specialist financial services brokerage, looking for a hard-working and detail orientated data handler to join our client facing Marketing & Corporate Services Department. They work alongside HR departments in many global corporations including banks and law firms, to offer a dedicated financial wellbeing service to all employees.
Due to internal promotion they need to find an administrator to assist in managing client database and ensure customer enquiries are recorded and processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities will include:
• Input all prospective leads onto database, capturing the data accurately
• Respond to client enquiries introducing advisers in a timely and professional manner
• Process and log all client feedback and report on any issues identified
• Monitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clients
• Help monitor review dates and activity following deadlines
• Monitor and report back on adviser workflow activity
• Compile reports on database activity on a weekly / monthly & annual basis
• Assist the Corporate Account Managers in compiling Management information reports for corporate partners
They are looking for someone who is hard working, trustworthy, a team player, proactive, highly computer literate and articulate. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is essential. This position would suit either a college leaver looking to take their first step into the corporate world or an experienced admin assistant who would like a new challenge.

Working hours are Mon - Thurs 09.00-17.30, Friday 09.00-17.00. Salary range £23,000-£27,000, dependent on experience
