A GM Local Authority is excited to announce the strategic expansion of their Corporate Property team.
We are seeking a Corporate Property Services Manager to join our high-performing group, with the customer at the heart of everything we do. This role is pivotal in delivering on the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and is central to success in supporting residents, businesses, and visitors across the borough.
Day to Day of the role:
- Performance manage service delivery from third-party contractors, ensuring customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and champion the resolution of significant service issues.
- Manage customer communications for the Corporate Property division.
- Contribute both strategically and operationally to the service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in service management and contract management.
- Experience in strategic and operational service delivery, including third-party contract and vendor management for services with multi-million value.
- A true customer champion with first-rate communications and influencing skills.
- Team spirit, tenacity, and a focus on delivery.
