Our client is a well-established national law firm, and they are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (1-4 Years' PQE) to join their highly regarded Corporate team in Glasgow.
In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of Corporate matters including but not limited to:
- Corporate transactional work
- Commercial Contracts
- Private Company Acquisition & Disposal
- Private Equity Investments
- De-mergers and Restructuring
- Joint Venture Agreements
As the successful candidate, you will be a driven and self-motivated Corporate solicitor, who has a strong-degree of commercial acumen, a high attention to detail, and will be keen to undertake business development initiatives.
