Corporate Lawyer 2YRS + PQE – Glasgow/Hybrid working – c£50k + benefits

This forward thinking, dynamic firm, based in the heart of Glasgow, is looking to speak to talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitors looking to join a team which prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse range of clients. The client base is wide and includes, private and public companies, public sector bodies, LLPs, partnerships, and individuals.

The team supports clients on corporate transactional and M&A work along with management buy-outs and trade sales and disposals. They also handle company restructures, joint ventures, shareholder and investment agreements, company law compliance and corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will manage their own cases and will assist other lawyers in relation to corporate transactional and company law advisory work.
