Description
The Corporate Solicitor can expect to get involved in a range of work and responsibilities including;
- Working on a range of deals including M & A, Private Equity and some corporate reorganisation work.
- Delivering a broad range of corporate legal services to a diverse client base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Supporting senior fee earners on transactions.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Participating in business development activities.
Profile
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:
- Trained with a regional, national or international law firm
- Strong academics
- A passion for Corporate law and you will have worked in this area for at least 6 to 18 months
- A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
- Ties to West Yorkshire
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £58,000 - £65,000 per annum.
