Comprising three dedicated Partners and support staff, the Corporate team has built a strong reputation in delivering high-quality legal solutions to their clients. Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Associate with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience to join the dynamic team and be fully officed based in Bristol. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a talented solicitor to work closely with one of the Partners and gain exposure to a diverse and challenging caseload. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Partner in handling a varied caseload of corporate matters.
- Work on transactions related to dental and healthcare, leveraging your specific expertise in these areas.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and due diligence.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Attend client meetings and negotiations.
- Assist in business development and client relationship management activities.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
- Experience of working on dental and healthcare-related corporate matters is highly preferred.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
