A prestigious law firm in Bristol is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their growing team.

Title:Corporate Solicitor
Salary: £50,000 +
Contract: Full time permanent
Location: Bristol

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Solicitor

• Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and capital markets
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, disclosure letters, and due diligence reports
• Managing the corporate aspects of complex and cross-border deals, working closely with other teams and external advisers
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
• Contributing to the business development and marketing activities of the corporate team and the firm

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Corporate Solicitor

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law or equivalent
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills in all aspects of corporate law and practice
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
