What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?• Managing varied corporate law matters.• Dealing with mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisation.• Advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications• Qualified Solicitor (NQ Solicitor to 4 years of PQE) with experience dealing with corporate law matters.• Excellent communication skills
