We are looking for a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager to assist managing a large portfolio of healthcare clients, many of which are highly acquisitive, providing you with a great opportunity to develop your skillsets and progress.

It’s an exciting time to join a growing team in central Cheltenham in this new role.

The tax team supporting these clients is currently a team of 7 ranging from trainees to Director level who are integrated with the rest of the  team working closely with other parts of the business to ensure good communication resulting in excellent client service.

The right person will:

▪ Fully supervise a portfolio of clients, taking responsibility of all aspects of tax including compliance and ad hoc project work as it arises.

▪ Review computations and liaise with specialists on technical matters.

▪ Research and understand technical matters

▪ Be able to produce the tax disclosures for the financial statements.

▪ Support colleagues dealing with complex groups and technical issues.

▪ Have an awareness of Corporate interest restriction rules, thin capitalisation and interest deductibility.

▪ Supervise, mentor and coach staff.

▪ Assist the Corporate Finance team with due diligence

work.

▪ Provide exceptional level of client care.
