Corporate Tax Manager

Our client, an established firm of Chartered Accountants are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their practice in Guildford.

The role will involve managing a mixed portfolio of Corporate Tax clients including small to large corporations and businesses and being responsible for the tax compliance process and advisory matters.

You will carry out a variety of tax projects and provide tax advisory services and advice to these clients. You will also oversee the business tax team, liaising closely with them with them and other Departments, as well as HMRC and be involved with tax planning and tax due dilligence.

You will ideally have at least 4-5 years' Corporate Tax experience in a UK practice, with a managerial background and hold a professional qualification such as ATT and/or CTA or equivalent. A background of dealing with Share Option Schemes, R&D tax credits and corporate restructuring would also be an advantage.
