The position will also allow you to work on a variety of tax planning and advising projects, including international tax, capital allowances, group relief, R&D, due diligence, and other tax planning.
Your new role
There is potential to mould the tasks around the background, motivations, and experience of the ideal expert joining as Corporate Tax Senior Manager based out of their Bristol offices. You\'ll oversee company tax compliance while also becoming more involved in a variety of Corporate Tax advisory projects. International tax and cross-border reorganisations are examples, as well as counselling a diverse variety of customers on all elements of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, demergers, and company reconstructions. In addition, involvement in R&D projects, foreign tax assistance, and other one-time project work delivering a wide range of business tax solutions may be possible. The role will be tailored to the strengths and preferences of the right professional to some extent.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have progressed to Corporate Tax Senior Manager levels with a Corporate Tax focused career background built in either a combination of in-house and/or accountancy practice focused firms, or a practice focused career background throughout your career. You\'ll be seeking for a long-term career move at a leading and rising chartered accounting firm.
