Corporate Tax Solicitor - 12- month FTC

An exceptional opportunity has arisen at a leading international City law firm for a Corporate Tax Solicitor for 12 months on a fixed term contract basis starting in February. The role is to cover maternity leave.

You will advise on the full range of Corporate Tax, including domestic and international corporate and finance transactions.

The successful individual is likely to have a minimum of 4+ PQE (no maximum PQE) with a solid Corporate Tax background. Individuals must be England & Wales qualified, and have up to date corporate M&A knowledge and exposure. Prior investment funds clients' tax support exposure would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
